No Overnight Parking at Interstate Rest Areas

I've worked the "Free Coffee" kiosk in the morning at a rest stop. There is a whole community of people who live in their cars and rotate rest stops to use as their homes. They know who each other are and watch out for each other. One woman told me that most of them have jobs but can't put together enough to get back into a place to live. Really sad.
