calling it stealcamping sounds too negative. people like him just trying to survive in the world via an RV.

I typed a long response the other day.. think it must have been too political, cause although I thought it was posted I don't see it now.

basically, I am concerned that folks "stealcamping" in old RV's gives the nonRVing world the idea that all RVers are the same. Fulltimers who stop overnight in a parking lot, with manager approval are quite different. RVers generally understand, but the general public doesn't

I like his videos and hope he carries on for awhile yet.In comparison to the long,long road videos he has something different to offer.
As well he strikes a chord with me on being able to live and cope inexpensively but not poor.Boondocking is trying to be free from the "shore"connections of electric,water,drain line,cable,etc.He takes and leaves it as best he can in an urban environment.
He position on camperized vans vs class c motorhomes made me appreciate more my move to a larger rig as I was modifying my van and had a "b"for a while.
Finally,I live in PNW area and he related how it is in the winter in an RV ,something I plan to do.

Yes I know he is making it on little funds, but he just bought an RC Car. I would have filled the gas tanks and the refrigerator. My DW doesn't like boon docking so it would never work for us.

what money? guy drives a beat up old rv and spend most time boon docking to avoid spending money. he may very well have some funds left over from his financial aid he mentioned. whole point of his videos is too show you can live in an rv at a much cheaper cost than in an apt. there is a video where he discusses the cost between the two

I have been following him too. Can't figure out where he gets his money. I thought I had toys to play with.

Beats me, I watched part of one video and was bored silly. Just looks like a freeloader to me.

Back in the old days bums would knock on doors or approach people on the street and ask for a hand out. Now they use expensive cameras and computers to ask for a hand out on the internet. Maybe his parents find that cute but I do not.
