- hersheyExplorerSaw much the same setup but; it had a quad in front of the car sitting sideways.
- 57_PanheadExplorerThe one I saw recently had a Class A with a Quad hanging on the back, pulling a pickup truck for a toad that was pulling a trailer that had an airplane on it, now that is taking it all with you.

Look at the front tire of the Jeep. You can see the hyd ram that would lower the bunks of the boat to the 'Jeep's' level so that it can be floated on and off.
Neat and expensive idea. - MarslandExplorerYears ago I saw a large Avion trailer pulled by a heavy duty pickup and the pickup had a rack that had a complete boat, motor, and trailer ramped up over the bed and cab.
- Wet_CoastExplorerall fine and dandy to have the "fleet", but ya can only use em one at a time!
rick - lat471ExplorerSaw this once before and he had a Harley on the front of the toad trailer. I'm so envious.Brings new meaning to "He who has the most toys wins."

Just like a car hauler, the ramps are either electric or hydraulic and lower down to the ground behind the trailer. It is winched up, tied down and then raised back up so the vehicle can be loaded. Several friends have s similar setup and they are sweet, but EXPENSIVE.

He backs REEEEEALLY far down the launch ramp. ;)
Hydraulics... Back the jeep off the trailer, then hydraulics (or sometimes a cable) lower the boat down to ground level. Usually the four 'arms' you see supporting the boat level pivot at top and bottom.
I've also seen them done this way:

More complex and a bit heavier, but more robust IMHO. - TothillExplorerI saw something similar about 15 years ago. The bottom vehicle was a Cadillac, boat on top, towed by a big A.
