A few years ago I was following an f-250 pulling a two axle flat bed cargo trailer loaded with about 30 crossties. Suddenly the trailer came loose and began to drift across the center line, luckily there was no on comming traffic. It went all the way across to the other side of the road an off a 12 foot embankment into the woods.
