Armadillo's. Somewhere in Texas years ago. Night time in our converted 4104 bus taking my wife's family to visit. Thought it was something dead in the road, so I stratled it. Didn't know they jump straight up when spooked. Heard a loud bang and about 10 more bangs as it bounced around under the coach. Got about 5 more over the next couple of miles. What a racket.
