I used CoPilot for years, but they got so involved with the smartphones and small devices, they didn't keep up with the 32 and then 64 bit changes and their support went from great to non-existent. Delorme works fine but the program architecture is pre-Windows, so it looks like you're working on a Commodore 64. Program works OK, but they are very slow updating the maps. Lots of new roads out there you'll not have to work with as they don't bother to update. Valdez, AK has shown to be miles out in Prince William Sound for years in some views. The last version of Streets and Trips is great but since Microsoft stopped making and supporting it, it's hard to find and I expect Microsoft to one day block it's use in their new operating systems. Not really a lot of choices. We're using Delorme but I'd jump on any other new program that worked as well (or better) with a Windows architecture. Especially if they kept the maps current.
