It depends. I like hitting a heated bath-house for a nice long shower every so often, since the six gallon hot water tank is good enough for a basic shower, but that is pretty much it, especially in colder weather. Since my TT lacks significant insulation so a good amount of hot water ends up cooling down through the pipes before it hits the shower. I mitigate that by running the hot water until it is warm into a bucket, about 20 minutes before I take a shower, then using that water for flushing. Sounds strange, but works, and no water is wasted.
