Where Mike? We are coming to New England this summer and I would like to do some Trout fishing catch and release but would like to land some not just cast.
Nickerson Park family Campground This is a wonderful place up againist the Natchaug River. Many sites on the river and all sites are easy walking to the river. Lots of areas where the river pools up for catching trout. We do both fly & lure and have done well with both. CT DEP stocks river up stream of campground.
Now the bad news... Place gets fished out by mid June. best to book for mid April to mid May.
