Further to my previous post, I hope this winter ends early so we can use Santa's RV gifts sooner rather than later.Did Santa bring anybody RV gifts and if so what? Before I forget, Carol and I would like to wish all of the RV community at RV.net a great and prosperous 2014, and may you enjoy great health. My 2014 resolution is to finally let my son take over my business and RV more.

First Santa brought us a well loved 2008 GMC Sierra 3500 DRW D/A to replace our F350. Thanks Santa.... Second the joy of living in the south, we camp year round, will be heading out for a four day weekend in three weeks. Would love to tour Canada one day, in the summer of course. Hope all had a great Christmas and have a great 2014.

Santa let us go to Falling Waters State Park in Florida. Returning back to Indiana this Saturday! Santa did not buy me 3 gallons of RV Pink stuff so I can winterize before heading home though. I had to buy that myself!

Winter can't end yet. We're still planning our trips, but closing in so let's start moving in that spring time direction. Thanks for the Holiday wishes and greetings. Had the best Christmas ever! My brother was hospitalized the Monday before with a suspected heart attach. Turned out to be blood clots in his lungs. Christmas eve we were told he would be released Christmas day. Medicated, but ALIVE! Sorry about the gloom, but it isn't. It's a story of happiness and thankfulness. Apparently There's a lot more to the Holiday Season than bows and ribbons, wrapping paper and tinsel. D_mn, I'm happy.Come on winter, let's move outta here!Camp On!

Got a propane campfire for Christmas. Can't wait to use it. One of our friends has one and it sure beats a smokey wood fire when you have allergies. Has anybody used one and how much propane do they burn? We are planning for a lot of camping this year, including three NASCAR races, and a week at the Fryeburg Fair, in Maine. Does anybody have any planning going on for eastern Canada?

We're ready for spring! Don't have it as bad as some in the mid-west and north of us, but it's still too cold and we're sick of it already.

Santa did bring me a 12V air compressor. Apparently he got my letter. :)

We're heading to Florida in a couple of weeks to erase the weather problems that interfere with the calendar.

Although I growl about the weather here, I love it on a day like this. We have light snow flurries and warm temperatures for this time of year. I just took the new Yamaha sled on a little 100 mile cruse on the groomed snowmobile trails with my son. The trail police clocked me on radar at 161 mph and my son at 164 mph.Nice guy, gave us a warning.
Did I fail to mention that the posted speed limit was 60 mph? Santa, I was a bad boy. You have to grow old but you don't have to grow up.

Just head over to Arizona to get a break from the white stuff. Shoot, my daughter and I washed the truck on Christmas Eve, wearing shorts and a t-shirt.

Of course, us Arizonan's can't wait for summer to end each year. It's tough to do anything outside when it's 110-degrees and 80 or 90 at night.

Anyway, a most Happy New Year wish to everyone and the may the roads be smooth and winds be on your back.

Santa brought me a go pro camera. I got me a snowmobile. I could use the camera on the snowmobile but it's in the forties yesterday and today so my snow is melting. Figures...
