If you are truly concerned they do make one that has external venting of dangerous fumes... The things to worry about are dangerous lethal fumes, lots of water generated, and lack of oyxgen...

This is a Platinum CAT Heater and I do not know the difference between a CAT heater verses a WAVE heater. The outside vent is what caught my eye here...
Requires research on what is the safest to use indoors...
There are a couple of RV MEMBERs on here that have had a very bad experience (very bad!!) with using these types of heaters...
