"ChopperBill"....I know it can be tough RV shopping since there isn't a dealer on every corner. I'm sure if the dealer gave you a price on your trade and then you showed up with some beater, you would be right back here complaining that they didn't keep their word on the price. If they protected themselves and low balled the price in case it was a beater, you would be upset that they didn't give you what it was worth! Very RARELY will ANY RV dealer give you a trade in value on something they haven't seen. If they do, it's usually on something that is less than 18 months old. Too many variables on RV's.
