Onan hdkaj genset

My onan generator seems to need a new power inverter. Only 420 hours on it. Apparently they are not as good as they claim to be. So far I've read about a number of people with the same problem. I'm getting a code 46, which is batteries or power inverter. I've checked the batteries and connections. Does anyone know if there is a recall on these? With the amount that are screwing up, there should be.
