Onan

Automotive EFI engines have had one fuel line for some years, the regulators are now in the tank. The result is one fuel line needed. The second line you may notice on these newer automotive fuel systems is an emission line. It could easily be done in a RV setting, but expensive.

HOWEVER ... would all that stuff still be working without one or more repairs in an RV 15-20 years from now, like many good old technology Onan's still are?

Some folks rate good-enough reliability above over-to-top-for-awhile technology. :)

I was hoping for better when Cummins took them over, but sure haven't seen an overall improvement.

I just wish they would start using EFI models in RVs. They already have the two lines needed back to the tank. All diesel gen sets in MHs are EFI, why can't the gas ones be??
