Sad thing is they don't care. They will continue to drive without a license. A gal a few houses down from our old place is on her fourth DUI conviction, and still drives daily. She has replaced her mailbox several times, and put her car in the ditch twice. Her last offence got her 90 days in jail, 87 of it suspended. She will kill someone someday.
To the OP good job getting her off the road for today, but I bet she is back out in the morning. I have several solutions to the problem, but I will keep them to myself. :)
