Craig, not many folks really know about our upstate lakes. I'm hesitant to even mention Jocassee, as it is a hidden jewel. We've boated on it for the last 10-12 years. Many mornings, we have the entire lake to ourselves.
We could afford Keowee lots today if they were still at 15 year ago prices! Not now... In my prior life, I was a site planner and worked on many homes in the Cliffs properties. They are special. I've since changed careers and am a school teacher now. That's not getting me any closer to buying a lot there, but I'm far happier and have time to camp!
Thanks John&Joey! We know how short the window is that they'll come along with us, and don't want to miss a minute of it.
