Has anyone ordered tires from Amazon and if so, were the tires fresh. By fresh I mean were they manufactured recently. I just don't want to order tires and find out they are old when I receive them an...

One has to remember its not necessarily the tire manufacture date that makes it old but the tires time in the sun and weather. A year old tire that has spent its first year of life setting in a warehouse or tire store has not been exposed to UV, heat and weather isn't necessarily a year old.
