Sounds like it's time to run some of those quirky small-brain thinking odinances against RVs up the flagpole to the State Supreme Court ... and if that doesn't work ... further up the flagpole to the Court of Last Resort.
That kind of stuff you folks are talking about drives me bananas. I'm sure glad we live in CA where it's wide open with very little government meddling. :B
