There is no such thing as selective enforcement. Just because everyone around you didn't get a speeding ticket doesn't mean you can't get one. If you are breaking the law you can be ticketed or whatever the remedy as prescribed is. Your choice to get hold your "neighbor" out as an "example" is just the same as your neighbor calling the cops on you. Two wrongs don't make a right.
