Oregon State Parks and Smoking

I wasn't aware they had implemented the ban but they had discussed it back in January. This ban is has nothing to do with fires - Oregon already has almost 60 local parks have already banned smoking. Like it or not most Oregonians think it's a nasty habit and don't want to be near smokers and there the ones that tend to show up at public meetings to discuss the regulations. Like most things -- easy to make a regulation/law -- another thing to enforce it.
