I wrote an email to Chris Havel who's name appeared when I googled Oregon State Parks. I explained that I didn't know whether he was the appropriate person and asked him to route my email if he wasn't. I got a response back from the person who was responsible for the Park I had an issue with. My email to Havel was pleasant and I complimented the Park system (which I think is great) but the mosquito problem at South Beach was unacceptable and they needed to get feedback from customer. I was pleased with the response and more pleased that they took steps to fix the problem.
