You have to have a Diesel to tow anything bigger then a pop up.

Those aren't fallacies, they're just statements regarding a particular person's preferences. The fallacy version of those comments would be:

If you #2 in the RV toilet, you'll never get rid of the smell in the RV

and

You can't get clean in an RV shower.

you can't pull that pop up without a dually.

And salesmen quotes

the sofa bed is very comfortable to sit on and sleep in!

A short queen bed is long enough for anyone to sleep comfortably in.

The "arctic package" will keep you comfortable down to below 0F

The dinette seats 6

One 13KBTU AC unit will keep this 35ft trailer cold in arizona summer sun

The 30KBTU furnace will hardly need to run till it's below 0 (if your a eskimo)


You can get to anything you need with the slides in. (except the fridge, microwave, stove, dinette, pantry, bedroom and toilet)

AND,......it comes with a 3-year bumper-to-bumper warranty.

You can't full-time in a small rig.

Anything over 30' or 10,000 lbs you must have dually for stability or you will be white knuckle the whole time you are driving.

The tank sensors don't work because they are dirty.
It is cruddy tank walls that fool the sensors.

You can't use the RG59 that came in the RV for an external dish. It has to be RG6 . Nope, RG6 has less loss but RG59 will work okay for the cable lengths in almost all RVs.

You can't run two ACs on 30 amps.
Not true if you have a load shedding power controller. If both ACs try to start at the same instant it delays the rear AC until 30 or so seconds until after the front has started.
