Were your sites paved? Where did you find ones that were 5 inches out of level?

The worst one at about 5" was in the only pull through site at Bogachiel State Park in Washington. Not only was it so unlevel, it was the most expensive site in the park and as we quickly found out, it's only about 75' from highway 101.
The sites in other parks that were not level were both paved or gravel.
