yep had the same thing happen on a 02 arctic fox that we just picked up. Fortunatly we bought it from a RV repair guy who new it needed some work and assured us that it would be taken care of . Was good on his word it's been in the shop for going on 3 weeks now. I check on it every week to see progress. We where fortunate in that it was purchased with the understanding that the repairs would be made at no additional cost. He has literally reframed the entire front and down both sides as well as part of the floor in the front bedroom.Windows are back in, roof is back on should be back home this week. YAHOO. We will literally have a new trailer by the time he is done. He is doing great work . I had never seen a trailer striped down and rebuilt before . Very interesting.Judy
