OUTSIDE SHOWER

Maybe this is a stupid question so please don't laugh.
Exactly what is an "outside shower"? I only ask because I just looked at an ad for a class C and it mentioned an outside shower. And I see the outside shower located on the outside of the RV. But the inside pictures show a bathroom with a toilet and what looks like a hand held shower head as well. Whats the point? Why would I want an outside shower anyway?
  • I thought outside showers were to keep from having close neighbors. :)
  • No enclosure, has a similar set up as inside shower, faucets and a hose W/ hand held shower head to rinse off.
  • We use the outside shower to wash dishes,
    wash feet,
    wash the dog,
    wash the kids,
oh, and on occasion to take a shower.

One benefit among many is the water doesn't fill the gray tank.
  • An outside shower is a showerhead on a hose usually located in one of the outside storage areas. It us normally used to wash-off feet or shoes. Can be used to rinse off after a swim also. Not normally used for a "real shower".
  • To rinse off with before going in RV.....kids feet, sand from beach trip, wash the dog etc.

It is a hand held shower head with cold/hot water knobs.

IF you pull a Robin Williams RV type of stunt......sewer mess....you can use it to hose yourself off :B

    YES....inside is a full bathroom facility...sink/shower/toilet
  • We use ours to wash off sandy feet and to rinse the dog after he's been in a lake or the ocean.
