Hope you don't mind a (completely irrelevant) question from Miss Nosy Parker here:

Are you getting a brand new Casita, and if so which one? I'm interested not just because I'm nosy but because I have a molded trailer (Trillium) myself and am interested in how one goes about planning/ordering a trailer in these size ranges, but equipped for full time living.
