If finances are real tight or a factor, you can always ckeckout a few garage sales etc or even some decent reasonable 2nd hand stores or maybe Goodwill as they get a lot of new unsold stuff donated by retail busunesses. Another way to save is buying some of the stuff at various Dollar Stores as you'll only be using the items perhaps one or two months total of a full year's time. You could save a lot of money and most things are completely washable but certianly not bed covering items you'll sleep on. There are limits though!
One of the approaches we took to stock our recreational units is to go thru the drawers and closets of our homes and take the items that we'd likely be replacing in the near future anyway or that we had duplicates of. That made sense on both ends as the best and new "stuff" was always where we lived most of the time.
