Funny, even as a kid my mother would constantly ride my back to use gloves when doing stuff, like digging holes with shoves, or pulling those dang weeds around her house! I always said, No.
Even as an adult, when I did things around her place, she still rode my back to use gloves. Nope! Don't need them. She never understood me, I suppose.
I do use disposable gloves when working with paint and varnish, as I do a lot of varnish, or polyurethane application with paper towel (yea, shop towels), rather than a brush. But I don't use disposable gloves when dumping my tanks on the camper. That doesn't bother me a bit. Glue, Liquid Nails, and foamy "Stuff", varnish and paint stuck to my hands is another matter though. Do you know gasoline will not cut through foamy "Stuff"? Yea, I use gasoline on my hands too. The older I get, the more immune I get to it all! :B
