I've used motorized dollies and push dollies. This is the first I've seen using a drill or hand crank for motive power. Whether or not it works for you depends on how far you have to move the trailer relative to the energy stored in your drill.
This looks like you would have to balance the dolly (against wheel torque in addition to trailer push-pull) with one hand while holding the drill with the other. I'm not sure I would be up to that, and at $600 I think I would just spend another $600 for a self-powered dolly (or build one myself).
