Passing car forces Class A to shoulder
This happened on Hwy 101 a while back just got the clip uploaded. This is just south of Seal Rock on 101, just someone in too big of a hury as you can see by my speed in the clip. Video

Watched Video and yes the MH moved over a little bit but to me never went on the shoulder. Down the road he might have stopped and got out of the MH and shook his leg around to get what was in there out and then got a change of undies. Looked at it again and he never went over the white line to get on the shoulder.
