Passing car forces Class A to shoulder
This happened on Hwy 101 a while back just got the clip uploaded. This is just south of Seal Rock on 101, just someone in too big of a hury as you can see by my speed in the clip. Video

Actually it is quite obvious that he was over the white line of the shoulder when that car was approaching him.
