Passing car forces Class A to shoulder
This happened on Hwy 101 a while back just got the clip uploaded. This is just south of Seal Rock on 101, just someone in too big of a hury as you can see by my speed in the clip. Video

Maybe the car driver was from Mexico. It's common for vehicles to slide onto the shoulder on 2lane/2way roads to allow passing.
