Passing car forces Class A to shoulder
This happened on Hwy 101 a while back just got the clip uploaded. This is just south of Seal Rock on 101, just someone in too big of a hury as you can see by my speed in the clip. Video

I don't know what video you guys are watching, but if you pause it and play it in SloMo at the 41 second mark you can clearly see he is using all of the shoulder from 42-45 sec. Not sure how anyone is missing that?
