Passing car forces Class A to shoulder
This happened on Hwy 101 a while back just got the clip uploaded. This is just south of Seal Rock on 101, just someone in too big of a hury as you can see by my speed in the clip.

- Seen the video once. The MH was forced onto the shoulder. Anything 8ft wide and 20k lbs that is forced to use the shoulder is forced off the road.
- Wasn't forced off the road, but moved way over to the shoulder.
- But the kid was in a hurry! Adequate justification.
- Pass was legal but too close for oncoming traffic.
- ?? saw the same clip over and over but no forcing off road or anything that I could see.
bumpy - BTDT. Car passing me suddenly sees the oncoming car come over the slight ridge. I pull half onto the dirt shoulder at 50 mph as the oncoming car does the same on a narrow desert road so this kid can pass down the middle. Do your best to stay safe out there.
