passing signal
I understand that in Mexico the truckers turn on their left signal to let you know that it is safe to pass. We in the US. ought to start doing that.

Everyone should be issued a rubber dart gun that you could shoot at bad drivers. When the police see a car with 6 darts stuck to it, they can pull them over and give them a ticket for being a jerk.
