passing signal
I understand that in Mexico the truckers turn on their left signal to let you know that it is safe to pass. We in the US. ought to start doing that.

- For me it is the same as someone flashing their lights after I change lanes to come back in. I know their intentions are noble but I will make that determination myself.

I agree with this.- Except it could also mean he is pulling over to pass someone else.
