Pay showers
We have been campers for many years. Until this year, we only found pay showers at state and national parks. Lately, however, it seems that we are running into many private campgrounds charging us.....

We stayed at a campground in York, ME about 12 years back that charged a quarter for 4 minutes or maybe it was 6 minutes. We were tent camping then, so really had no choice. My shower cost me a quarter. I think my wife's shower was 50 cents.
That's the only time we've come across pay showers.
