Payson, AZ area...snow covered or bare ??
There is a dispersed camping area 11 miles east of payson called Little Green Valley. I am wondering if it is accessible or if snow blocked? If snowblocked, does the Payson walmart allow overnight?...

Not from Payson but have been through there many times. Given the warm dry winter we are enjoying here throughout Arizona I seriously doubt you could find any snow near Payson (6,000'). Might be some up on the Mogollon Rim as that is 7,000'+ but not likely.
