Payson, AZ area...snow covered or bare ??
There is a dispersed camping area 11 miles east of payson called Little Green Valley. I am wondering if it is accessible or if snow blocked? If snowblocked, does the Payson walmart allow overnight?...

I doubt it is snow covered. I was in Prescott two days ago, no snow cover. I'm in Williams now, a few patches near railway station. I was in Grand Canyon south rim yesterday, less than 50% coverage and whats there isn't deep. The San Francisco Peaks at very high elevations have good coverage.
