PA is a beautiful state. The only thing I don't like is I never know the speed limits.
Go thru a town, posted at 25 MPH reach the outskirts posted at 45. 45 is the last sign you see. 6 0r 7 miles later, is it still 45 or 55.
What is the acceptable speed on a two lane state highway.
NY spends a whole lot more money on roads signs and very rarely is there any question about the limit.
If you drive in NY 57 to 62 is acceptable,any faster you are on your own.
