I am glad this was taken care of quickly and they were asked to leave and banned from coming back. This should happen more often. We report incidents like that directly to the management and let them handle it. People should not be setting up their stuff on your site either, haven't had that happen yet. What's up with that?
Best to avoid confrontation from inconsiderate people that don't have a brain in their head, you can't reason with people that have no common sense.
