yes pet fees are being more common in cgs. along with the charge of bringing a golf cart is becoming more common in cgs. alot of cgs say you can bring your golf cart for free, now a charge is being applied by cgs more often that I have seen.
anything that 'takes' up space in their cg, a fee can be applied :(
