No. Regardless, fee or no fee. Rules or no rules. Common sense or no common sense -- some people are just too lazy and selfish to pick up after themselves --let alone their dog. A fee must be charged to accommodate those who don't care about anybody but themselves.
I don't mind paying the fee as long as the campgrounds will continue to let me bring my dogs along. Even if I am paying because somebody else doesn't feel like they should have to pick up after their dog. It's sort of like sharing the wealth.
