I asked for what and they said disposing of hazardous fluids and I said it was a hard part, no fluids involved. He said they had to get rid of the old part but I was taking it with me so no reason there either. All he could come up with was the tech was going to have to wash his hands after and I wasn't about to pay $30 for that. After that they put up a big sign that said EVERY job was charged the fee and I haven't been back.
