We had never had a cat and raised our cat to think he was a dog. He walked on a leash, sat outside at the campground with us, tied to his own chair. He went to the door and whined when he wanted to go for a walk.
He would only go in his litter box and it was a run home at top speed if he decided he had to go while we were walking him around the campground.
