I show movies in the front yard at home, but I haven't tried it when camping.I'm not a big sports fan, so i wouldn't show a game or NASCAR, but I can understand why someone might want to.
The thing that always holds me back from showing a movie is that I'm concerned about the mixed audience in a campground. Since I know there will be young children I feel that I really can't in good conscience show anything more than a G rated movie. That doesn't leave that many movies that my kids haven't seen 1,000 times. So I just decided to not do it.
But I may still do it on one of my desert trips when I don't really have any neighbors to worry about. :)
To the OP, Are you standing on sand in that picture and is it on a beach? That seems like it would be a really cool as my kids like to just dig holes in the desert sand. Of course I'm not going to drag my trailer all the way over there. :B
