I think OP has a good point. And I've felt that way many times.
One thing the projector did do is bring folks together,nothing wrong with that. I think of it this way, I'm in a different mood and looking for something different out of my trip every time. Sometimes social, sometimes not...it's not for me to decide what my neighbor wants out of their trip, and it's luck of the draw as to which neighbor I get. I'm okay with that. Sometimes it works out well, sometimes not. That's the nature of using public facilities. Of course, I'm talking within reason, and I think a projector with soft audio is fine as long as the activity follows the quiet hours rules.
