My only comment is to not just look at plate taxes. Here in AZ they are high but if you include all taxes combined, AZ is one of the lowest in the country. You really have to do the research and look at all the factors. Living full-time in an RV is actually very economical compared to a S&B. There are many parks where you pay $300-$500 a month and that includes elec, water, sewer, taxes, park upkeep, etc., etc. You can't do that in a S & B. And you can buy a nice trailer and truck, used, for $50,000 combined. Trying buying a house and car for that. Then you can pick and move anytime you want without having to sell your house.
