A while back I was on highway to Mt. Charleston in Nevada in my pickup. I was following asphalt truck up the mountain at about 4 MPH. Following...following till I finally had enough and passed on double yellow. He was going so slow the pass could be made safely. I was promptly stopped by Nevada Highway Patrol. I explained and he let me off with a warning.
