Plumbing/pipes

We have a used 2001 HR Imperial DP. Would like to clean out the kitchen, bathroom, and shower drains and pipes. Is there a "safe" product out there to use? All the piping is PVC and I don't want to use something that is going to cause us further problems down the road.

Thanks.

  • Boiling water is the least invasive and removes the grease/soap scum that trap the hair.
    Good Luck, Mike
  • Never tried strong cleaners in an RV. Never had the issue occur. If any of my traps were clogged I would use a small snake. Think Home Depot sells them for less than $25. Although grease can clog drain traps, doesn't happen as much with PVC as old metal traps in S&B houses.
