It can't be used for drinking water (no words certifying it safe for potable use.)
It can't really be used for the macerator pump exit, because a leak while emptying tanks could be a disaster.
Only possible use I can think that I would use it for would be the hose that fits between two check valves that would rinse out the macerator pump.
